St Siandra
ProjectPlus completed an internal refurbishment for the Mosman restaurant, St Siandra. The project began by addressing critical structural issues, as the original timber support beams, weakened by significant timber rot due to the waterfront location, posed a risk of collapse. New steel framework was installed to ensure structural integrity. Once the structural concerns were resolved, our team focused on enhancing the restaurant's aesthetics. The upstairs event room now features a vibrant palette of bright yellows and calming blues. A custom marble bar was crafted, and a state-of-the-art kitchen was installed, complete with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Additionally, a custom-built walk-in fridge was added for safe food storage. Lighting and electrical elements played a pivotal role, with custom lighting features, multiple heaters, and roller blinds installed to meet the client's specifications.
