Cushman & Wakefield | The Green

ProjectPlus completed an extensive internal and external refurbishment for Cushman & Wakefield's site, 'The Green.' Our team transformed an outdated pharmacy building, previously unused due to its deteriorated condition and numerous safety issues, into a functional and modern space. The refurbishment included the creation of new office spaces and a kitchenette, significantly enhancing the facility’s usability and value for staff. The project involved the removal of the original flooring, which had become a safety hazard due to wood rot, and its replacement with new carpet and non-slip vinyl flooring. Additionally, new roller and bi-fold doors were installed to effectively section off different areas, providing greater flexibility and functionality within the space.
